- Before Shipping: For every order, we send customers detailed “QC” photos and timegrapher videos (where applicable). This is your opportunity to inspect the watch (alignment, printing, function) before it leaves our facility.
- Acceptance: Once you approve the QC materials and we ship your order, you confirm that the watch meets your expectations in terms of appearance and function.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our inventory, we have a strict policy regarding returns.
You MAY return an item ONLY in the following circumstance:
- Defective or “Not As Described”: If you receive an item that is non-functional (dead on arrival) or significantly different from what was confirmed in your QC photos (e.g., wrong model, wrong dial color).
You MAY NOT return an item for the following reasons:
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, “does not look good on my wrist,” or simply deciding you do not want the item anymore.
- Size Issues: Please verify the case diameter and lug width listed in the description before purchasing. We do not accept returns because the watch wears larger or smaller than expected.
- Cosmetic Wear: Issues arising from normal wear and tear after the watch has been worn.
3. Return Window & Process
